MAINTENANCE

This is a way of having "peace of mind" on your equipment.  Being Proactive by having regular scheduled service.
 
  • Regularly scheduled visits, start times for our techs are 8,10,12,2
  • Having ONE primary contact FAST COMPUTER REPAIR, one number to call for all your computer needs
  • Ongoing recommendations to keep things at tip-top performance
  • A detailed inventory of all systems, software, and peripherals (NO extra charge)
  • Training to help you do basic network setups (users, etc.) backups, etc. on your own

You will receive:

  • A scheduled maintenance plan
  • Workstation updates and maintenance
  • A written report of work completed during each visit
  • On-going recommendations to provide further scalability and stability
  • Upgrade recommendations
  • Pricing, purchasing and installation of suggested hardware and software requirements
  • A detailed inventory of all hardware and software
  • A written detail of all ISP information: ISP name, IP's, passwords, router/server configuration
  • A written, basic security review
  • A copy of your Maintenance Agreement Contract

Conditions:

  • Services which extend beyond the scheduled maintenance time frames will require a proposal and be billed separately
  • Emergency situations which cannot wait until the following scheduled maintenance time will be billed at normal emergency rates
  • Software and hardware recommendations require approval or disapproval
  • Clear communication to our technician of needs in software and hardware, in writing.
  • An understanding that when recommendations are not followed, or when changes are made to systems by non-FCS personnel, FCS can not be held responsible and additional costs may be incurred.
